The Oratorical Contest is designed to develop a deeper knowledge and appreciation of the Constitution of the United States on the part of high school students. Scholarships are awarded to students winning the Local, District, Division, State and National contests.
The 2023, H.U. Wood Post 245 Oratorial Contest will be held on November 19th @ 1 PM, at the American Legion Post 245, at 618 E. Kingsbury St. Students must arrive by 12:30pm. Contact your High School Counselor for more information or call the American Legion Post at 830-370-1079.
